Florida Surety Bonds has been a member of NASBP since 1999. Jeff Reich, President & Founder of Florida Surety Bonds is the current NASBP chairman of the Director’s at Large. Each spring NASBP holds an Annual Meeting, where members gain insight into cutting edge industry issues. Members share ideas and experiences with their peers and leaders from other sectors of the surety industry. The meeting brings together speakers in the fields of construction, surety, economics, politics, technology, finance and business management.
This year, the event was held at the beautiful Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, where Jeff Reich was recognized for his service on the NASBP Executive Committee. Jeff continues to serve as a Director at Large for the 2013/2014 term. He also accepted the NASBP’s Silver Award on behalf of the Florida Surety Association for promoting surety bonds.
The highlighted topics were Understanding Risks, Commercial vs. Construction Underwriting, Industry Outlook, Indemnity, Federal Projects, and SBA Programs.
