The construction industry—both residential and commercial—is definitely bouncing back from a recession low in 2010. Over the last 4 years it has made a slow growth back up. This steady growth is definitely a mood booster, as it contributes to job creation and higher salaries. Who isn’t happy to get a bit more in their paycheck?
